Por qué es importante ahora

El momento es crucial.

La mayoría de los "expertos" en pastoreo actuales simplemente pasaron por alto lo que sucede cuando las vacas pastan selectivamente.

• Las vacas mordisquean las hojas verdes, pero dejan atrás los tallos que le quita energía a la planta
• Esos tallos permanecen unidos al macollo de la planta, extrayendo energía de las raíces y debilitándola.
• Tu mejores especies decaen. Tus peores especies toman el control de tus potreros, los arbustos invaden y se aduenan de tus campos.
